Credit, background, contact, and information-sharing authorization

By signing, each business and each business owner or officer listed in this application (individually and collectively, "you") authorizes Vayda Capital LLC and each of its representatives, successors, assigns, and designees ("Recipients") that may be involved with, or acquire, commercial loans having daily repayment features or revenue-based financing, including merchant cash advance transactions and the application for any such product (collectively, "Transactions"), to obtain consumer, personal, business, background, and investigative reports and other information about you. This authorization includes, without limitation, credit reports and scores, identity, background, and contact information, credit card processor statements, and bank statements from one or more consumer reporting agencies, including TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax, and from other credit bureaus, banks, creditors, data providers, and third parties.

You also authorize Vayda Capital LLC to transmit this application and any of the foregoing information obtained in connection with it to any or all Recipients for purposes of evaluating, processing, servicing, or acquiring a Transaction. You authorize Vayda Capital LLC and Recipients to verify the contact information provided and to contact you by telephone or email about this application and related Transactions. Any consent to receive marketing text messages or automated calls is governed by a separate, optional disclosure and is not a condition of obtaining financing.
