No. Vayda Capital is a commercial finance brokerage that helps businesses prepare funding requests and compare options from participating providers. Approval and terms depend on provider underwriting.
How are ISO referrals protected?
VaydaOS timestamps and deduplicates registered opportunities, connects them to the partner account, and applies the deal-protection period described in the partner program.
Can a new business funding broker apply?
Yes. New and experienced brokers may apply. Every applicant is reviewed and must complete Vayda's agreements, compliance steps, and partner standards before activation.
